First Bank unveils LIT App to boost digital banking, quick loan
First Bank of Nigeria Limited has unveiled a new app called LIT App to facilitate digital, mobile banking as well as improve quick loan access by existing customers and non customers.
The bank said the newLIT Mobile App application would facilitate the following banking functions irrespective of where the customers may be across the world.
• View and download your accounts statements and its activities
• Initiate transfers to own accounts, FirstBank Accounts and Other banks
• Get a Quick Loan
• Generate receipt for new and old transactions
• Make complaints
• Initiate and complete multiple transfers
• Manage devices
• Manage your cards on channels
• Buy airtime, data and pay bills
and many others.
It said the app would also allow customers generate statements via PDF format or through email while having receipts backdated as much as preferred by the customer.
According to a statement on Friday, the bank says the app will also allows for full remote banking experience, saving customers the need to visit the bank’s branches, according to the statement.
The Chief Executive Officer of First Bank, Dr Adesola Adeduntan, expressed his excitement at the app launch, saying “it would ensure the safety of customers’ funds and provide them with access to renewed, transformative, and adaptable solutions in the current digital landscape.”
