Good app with too many problems. How can u be doing business without contact number nd how can you open online account for ur customer without ur customer having access to withdraw money from the account to repay for his or her loan. If customer send email there will be no respond no call nothing at all. I loan money from the app nd i paid back to the account i was provided with now to transfer the money from the account back to them problem. The money just stock there. How do i even knw u pple

Fast transaction but too many flaws in the app, one can’t send funds to a number you don’t have saved already on your phone and the referral program is a scam, got paid just once, all other referrals weren’t paid and they got a very poor customer care, sent them and email, got no response. I chat them up on the in-app chat platform also, no reply

Wow!!! Wonderful experience, umba is the best loan app, I just downloaded the app this week, registration was so easy, my account was verified, deposit and withdrawal so smooth, high loan amount for first timer, low interest rate with long tenor, I just clicked on the loan some minutes ago and boom the money hits my wallet, thanks to all of you at umba keep on with the good work, I recommend this app for everyone, you deserve more than 5 star.

This is the worst app I’ve ever used. I signed up, tried to verify my account but the verification was unsuccessful so I tried contacting support and it took them 3 days to reply,when I finally got a reply I got told that I’m below 18 which I am not and that’s why my verification failed,so I tell them I am not and it takes them another 2 days to reply and they still don’t fix the issue but instead they say exactly the same thing they already said and today makes it exactly a week,no help so far.
