NCash, Stop this inhumanity to your borrowers, your customers are groaning

Good afternoon QUICK LOAN ARENA. My name is Oluwakemi Adeniran (not real names) and I live and work in Lagos. This is the message I received from Ncash few days ago and I was on admission in the hospital at the time.

I collected a loan from NCash app and immediately it was due, the lending app started threatening me with heavy curses and also sending defamatory messages to my contacts. They promised they will ‘start a new chapter of disgrace for me, if I refuse to pay up immediately.

As I said, I was on admission then and I told them to give me sometime to pay up the loan but they refused. NCash however went ahead to send the threat messages to all my contacts accusing them of being chronic criminal debtors, these are people who were never party to our loan agreement.

I want to use this medium to inform NCash and the public that I’ve made up my mind that I’ll not pay the money until they send apology messages to all my contacts.

While we do not support customers who intentionally withold from making their overdue and legitimate loan repayment we believe there are acceptable standards for effecting such recoveries.
