My worst experience ever.. I don’t understand how the support works.. I had an issue with my last and other names.. Which I tried to change its keep saying updated your government vaild ID with the correct name.. Which I did but it’s not working at all.. So I’m in tie 1 level.. I couldn’t upgrade my account to enjoy some feature.. Even when I request for the closure of the account so I could sign up new account.. Very thing is not working out for me.. Its a horrible experience for me.💔💔😡😡😡

My experience with the Kuda app has been great. However, the Savings Goal option needs tweaking. It doesn’t give you the chance to make up for missed payments, and that impedes its purpose for me. Once you missed a day, you couldn’t meet your target – so what’s the point, really. I moved elsewhere in terms of savings but I’d be eager to use the Goal option again when you people fix it.

Everything was fine with using this app until recently when I could no longer log in to the app. Kept on saying “something isn’t right. please try again.” And I have not been able to get in touch with their customer care. My emails are unreplied. Calls to their customer care number are not connecting. The recent experience using this bank app has been very frustrating and worrisome.

its been a great experience so far, but there are little little things that still need amendment on the app. firstly, the deduction of the goal saving is not regular. secondly, their should be space for top up on the goal saving should in case someone want to top the saving up in other to make up for some days. the aspect I love most is the spend and save. its really a great experience

You have a panic mode but all transactions can be seen on the front page, please move transactions to another part of the app. Overall, good app, great banking service. I haven’t contacted customer service cause everything has been smooth so far. 4 stars for now. Update: customer service is now very slow, sometimes doesn’t even respond. I asked a simple question about a refund but got ignored. It’s still an okay bank but maybe they bit more than they could chew? Stll 4 stars for now.

Facial Video login is rubbish. After it’s say successful in recording one’s face, it’s takes a longer time to process, then all of a sudden says “something isn’t right”, and cancels the whole process (complete 2 to 8 minutes, worst case 10 minutes). I still don’t understand why all these fintech companies because of security, will make something so simple in previous versions become so complex in updated version, to the extent, their customers will be frustrated and forced to switch apps.

I should give it 5 stars because I really like the app and it is very effective but you never can tell where there is a fault until you use all the features. I use the app for basic transactions like airtime and transfers and it has served me well in these areas.

This is not a way out, because this two factor authentication is not working at all after showing you that successful, but totally this app updating was too frustrated. Before now i thaught that kuda is the way out but you just damaged your banking app. Just go edit it like the few days ago.

I haven’t been able to use the app right from the first day I created an account. It keeps saying “Something went wrong- please click refresh to try again”. I’m on a stable WiFi connection so I know this isn’t a network provider issue. This is a poor user experience from kuda!!.. I have written email to the support team until now no response!

Just got the app and it’s already having problems initializing. Don’t tell me it’s network issues because I’m using other apps that requires internet perfectly well. I’ll have to switch to another application option since I can’t trust your product to perform a simple loading task, how can I be confident enough to put money in there. So disappointing.

I don’t understand why it seems so difficult to connect with the customer service, i have been trying to link my ID to the account so i can be used unlimited transactions and it’s keep saying (The Identity authority couldn’t validate your Id document) and that’s the same NIN i use on my others bank, honestly speaking this is so annoying. I have been trying to reach the support service but no access.

This app is really a frustrating one! I can’t log in, deleted and reinstalled and yet the same story, ‘something went wrong’. Just my first trial and Kuda is this unreliable, a bank app shouldn’t be so unreliable. Please, find a solution to this problem.

Immediately I got my card, I wanted to activate it straight up. But one thing I didn’t like is that the Scan Code feature doesn’t work. It’s shows the numbers, but doesn’t store them. If it’s not working, remove the Scan Code feature completely to avoid confusion. Then allow users to only enter the card number and other details manually.

At first I was quite hesitant to use Kuda because of past reviews but notably, there has been a lot of improvement and it’s cool. Though I am not really satisfied with the saving option because I can’t lock the funds for a certain period of time. Safelock should be added because of people like me that can’t resist using the money set aside for saving 😂😂

I have tried reaching out to the Kuda Help Team via email and the reporting channel over a POS transaction that did not go through since on the 30th of April 2022 and I have not had any response nor reversal, this was not the case with reversals initially. I guess there is a challenge but at least you should have sent me a mail (not automated BOT responses). I imagine the team would see this and get in touch so the money could be reverse. My experience so far hasn’t been as rosy as I expected initially. I used the app to pay my electricity bill on Saturday and till now no token number has been sent. I’ve sent several emails but nobody is responding. Your customer care number isn’t even reachable. I downloaded this app to have a better experience when doing financial transactions but so far, I’m not getting it.

I don’t have any issues with the App, but with the card. Twice now I have used my card on a POS machine to either buy something or withdraw and both times I was debited, and didn’t get a reversal. I’ve logged several complaints but nothing has been done. This second time is really bad cos that’s all I have, and I wanted to use it to myself to work tomorrow. I really don’t know why I keep having issues like this, but I might have to close the acct if it’s not corrected. I’m so pissed 😡.

Everything is OK, but am not giving 5 stars only because of the upgrading, done it, and uploaded the requirements, and yet done, keeps rejecting deposit, I have done it more than twice and all accepted all my documents but refused to upgrade the account since January, it doesn’t worth it, apart from the upgrade issue, nothing else, the system and service are superb, improve more on the customer service, delay response. ****, +✍️, Do the necessary to make physical card available, Kuda bank,Best.

The app is good but somedays, the network can be very frustrating. I use it for POS business and the app has not been working well for the past 7 hours. I can’t send money to customers, I can’t check if anyone sent money or not. I tried calling the customer service line but it’s not connecting. I’m so angry right now and I’m already searching for alternative online bank cos it’s obvious your bank is Not Reliable. In all please fix this, tis the second time it’s happening in 30 days

Seems like a nice app with a nice interface which lured me into downloading it. I’m in the process of completing my account creation and it suddenly says SORRY SOMETHING WENT WRONG, TRY AGAIN LATER. I’ve tried this over and over on different devices but it still doesn’t work. And I’m also having a problem logging in now. Fix this Kuda.

The person incharge of kuda app development needs to be flogged, because I don’t understand how I’ll take a picture on the kuda app (when you’re putting in your documents) and I’ll take it perfectly and after that it will show something entirely different please look into this issue, because it has prevented me from upgrading my account, a problem caused by you guys. I’m steps away from Uninstalling your app.
